I wasnt able to come :bang:... How did the team look tonight compared to the first game?
Blazers came flying out of the gate early. Had a 10 point lead.
VASDA cut it to 2 a couple of times.
Love the green shoes and new uniforms, however, I wish the dragon logo was larger on the shorts.
We were getting killed on the boards however, and VASDA was whipping us on the fast breaks.
112-89 final.

Should have been 112-69. Those last 20 VASDA points were all giveaway fast break points. It looked like UAB stopped caring in the last 3 minutes.
Who was the leading scorer?
The Answer UAB Wrote:Who was the leading scorer?
Donell Taylor...26 points.

Attendance was 3,053. Not bad.

You have to understand that CMA did that on purpose. He doesn't want future opponents to think we're that intimidating. He wants to surprise them when we play them. He had seen all he wanted to see from the players in the game and, yet, he didn't want to show a huge spread at the end of the game.

Are you able to understand this, Sax?

I highly doubt that's the case, but I have a feeling Puff and Memphis Blazer will agree with you, making fun of my "lack of basketball strategic knowledge" in the process.
What was the starting lineup and how did the rest of the scoring pan out?

Actually Sax, I agree with you on this one. I didn't see the game, but while, coach may have put the scrubs in at the end, I seriously doubt he told them to lay off. Anderson strikes me as a coach who expects you to give it your all if you are in the game, no matter what the score and how much time is left.

Starters were Donell, Ronell, Tobias, Squeaky, and DeMario.

3,000 in attendance??? Sure didn't look like it to me. If there were 3.000 there tonight, there must have been 15,000 at last years Cinnci game, I promise you the place was not 1/3 filled. Sure wish whoever counted did so at Legion Field

Go Blazers!
