Hayes was perfect on the afternoon with a pair of field goals and both of his extra point attempts as UAB defeated Army, 20-14, at West Point Saturday. Hayes' two field goals -- from 32 and 29 yards -- provided the deciding margin in the C-USA victory for the Blazers.
I thought he had a 40 yd'r for some reason. Oh well.
We really need to get him a 40 yd FG on Saturday. He hasn't had one all year.
He hasn't had a lot of things this year. Namely, kicks between the uprights.

I defended you on the other thread, but what you just said was ridiculous. I realize he is not prefect this season, but give him a break.
Look at his stats and you can see we have a much better offense this year. He has kicked 39 PATs compared to 20-something last year and each year before that.
Unfortunately, he is 0-4 this year from 40yd+...we need to give him some more opportunities so he can look more attractive to the NFL.
