I don't think that Crawford EVER needs to touch the ball on offense when you have the Trio on the court. He's terrible. He and Mike Davis Jr. are in the same boat. They just need to play defense.
Moore needs to start, moving Toney or Lo to the bench. Or Mike Davis could have Moore and Crawford start, and move both Lo and Toney to the bench.
