I am not sure who Buffalo's opponent will be for the International Bowl...lots of bowl gurus on this board...any idea?

Another article disputes the UConn to B'ham. It says it is Rutgers to B'ham.

UB vs. UConn in TOR but MCB is the one up in the air...

UConn is confirmed in the International Bowl by several sources.
