Hi, it's me. Mr. Pessimist. Mr. Shouldn't have left I-AA. Mr. There Isn't Enough Talent in WNY. Mr. Rather Play Colgate, Cornell and UMass Than Bottom of I-A Midwest Teams. Mr. Take the Money and Start Hockey and Lacrosse Teams (actually, I still would like hockey and lacrosse teams).
I was wrong.
In my defense, I'd like to offer some mitigating circumstances: 1) How the Hell was I supposed to know UB would get a coach like Turner Gill?? 2) All those players WNY doesn't have apparently were there all along, they just left because there wasn't a Turner Gill to get them to play for UB.
So now that I've said that, all I have left to say is this:
