What is the deal with these signs? They are all over town...near on-ramps, abandoned buildings and houses....bridges...etc.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, they are these hand painted signs that say "True Hard Money" or something like that with a phone number below it. Every time I see one, I want to rip it down for some reason....they are annoying.
I'm about to call them...times are tight.
Maybe they will pay you to make some more signs. 04-cheers
sounds like a pyramid scheme...I'm down.
Hard money usually is a term to attract real estate investors offering them quick loans to make purchases.
oldmangrizz needs extras for his new porn flik.
Every time I see the one on Hollywood.. Crack dealing just comes to mind. The other prominent ones I have saw are off of Danny Thomas in questionable areas too. Id love to know what the true scheme is though behind them. Somebody call. lol.
There is one on Summer b/t Mendenall and Strafford --- I think it's on the fence where the Admiral Benbow used to be.

Close. They're buying real estate properties, similar to flippers from what I've heard.

mjaytee is correct- they're not buying, they're lending- hard money is money made available for investors outside of conventional financing.
So the signs are advertising money for investors.. to invest in cheap property or is it something else?
