How did the Falcons build a 35-14 halftime lead last night at Savannah State only to lose the game 57-54? That's an incredible turnaround. Were any BG posters at the game?
Doubtful, it was a road game. I believe it was numerous missed free throws (11-20). Something that is going to plague this team all year.
BG also committed 22 turnovers. SST got hot from three-land in the second half. SST is not all that bad of a team. They held a 20 point half time lead at Michigan last Saturday before losing by 2 in OT.

i just figured the basketball team didn't want the football team to feel so crappy about losing that big lead against Buffalo!
Man, so far the MAC has lost some howlers. Savannah State may be having a banner year for them, but they are among the dregs of college hoops, make no mistake.
On the good side, if you gotta lose a ball game, Savannah is a lovely place.
