You beat Texas, OSU and have one loss to OU and are projected to not even sniff the BCS bowl when two teams from your conference will go. Granted you just got thumped. But if you can get a significant raise would you stay put and build your name as a legend, similar to what we are asking BK to do. Or bolt while you have a chance. Hard to do much better, still end up at a lower bowl.
