Chill out. Paul Bryant Jr. doesn't even know what basketball is, and the deal with the hotel is simply because UAB wasn't ready to proceed. You cannot believe how much paperwork and planning has to be put together to do something a simple as installing an air conditioner at UAB, much less buying a major 3 story building and demolishing it.

Yes I can, I mapped all UAB (eastside and west side) utilities for PID (Process/Instrumentation Diagrams) while at RUST Engineering. I was also an employee of UAB.
