I konw you were kidding but to help those who are thinking what you posted and are not kidding -

Tell them they are a funny balloon only for adults (sort of like daddy's drink when they ask for a sip of your beer). We told our 7 year old daughter a quick false story when she asked what they were when she saw them when we were unpacking the groceries. She bought it and then was distracted by SpongeBob on the tv. Now she is 11 and knows exactly what they are (thanks to another middle school kid). Funny thing is that she didn't remember our little lie. Don't draw too much attention to it and they won't ask too many questions. Answer it quickly (lie or the truth, whichever you prefer) and then quickly move them onto another subject if you don't want to go into details.

Whatever you do, just keep it classy. I beg of you to leave the tired old condom joke alone.

I'm not so sure that it will stay classy (most signs at ballgames aren't), but I doubt we'll see the whole condom deal. It's just good message board fodder.
