Still Hurting

It's the curse Bill. Just accept it and move on! 04-cheers
He should know WMU can't win on Central's turf. 03-lmfao

He should just check the history of the series at Kelly/Shorts stadium and just accept it that its going to be a loss each year.
I ALMOST feel bad for those guys. By the way, did you see this quote?:

Quote:"It's almost a feeling, if you win the MAC championship and you still lose that game, it still kind of leaves a bitter taste in your mouth," Swanson said. "You just kind of use it as a catalyst for the rest of the season."

How would they know?

Why don't you Chip' numbnuts take this topic to the CMU board?

No one there despite the win? Illiteracy? Pork-chop night at the pole-barn/glorified bingo hall casino? Cow tipping?

I believe Berkley has now passed denial and reached the "anger" stage of dealing with a loss.

I doubt it. Just that when a bunch of CMU posters are talking between themselves because none of us would rise to take Arrow's bait, it probably belongs somewhere else like on your own board.

It's one thing to engage in not so friendly back and forth banter or smack BEFORE a big game between big rivals. It's quite another for you to demonstrate a lack of class after a big win.
It's interesting how quickly people play the "class card" these days.

With due respect, MileHigh, the only banter on this thread was between CMU fans until Berkely joined in, and he didn't exactly restrain himself. Nothing said in this thread by CMU fans was mean-sprited, and it wasn't on a WMU forum, so it barely qualifies as smack in my book. I get why you're coming to his rescue, but since he felt the need to fire the first salvo -- or take the bait, if you will -- he should have been prepared for a response. And it was a mild one at that.
