Who saw "W" last night?
I thought it was pretty well done. I thought it took an overall negative tone on the Bush Administration, but I ended up with a more favorable opinion of the man than I had when I went in.
P.S. I'm pretty sure George Tenet played himself in the movie.
W is so funny. I mean the president

I agree. It portrayed Bush more sympathetically than I thought it would. They could have really slammed him on a lot of stuff, but they left out a ton. It was humorous overall, but you just kinda felt sorry for bush.
I think it is very tacky to make a movie about a President while he is still in office. Of course this is Hollywood we are talking about, so why should it surprise me?

I thought Primary Colors was a direct shot at Clinton and it was released in 1998.
I never understood why everyone has so much respect for the "office." To me it's all about the man who's president. I don't care if people make fun of presidents while their in office because they're just men. They're usually bad men at that.

Yeh you are right. At least it wasn't called "Slick Willy" though.
