I don't know if I could take that sort of bad news now, with our football fortunes so low. Still, I'll be there for the Marshall FB game. I saw Paul having a good time at the Battle for the Bones. He's a good dude and we're blessed to have him as a Blazer. I have faith he'll be in full flame on the hardwood this fall.

I was at practice today and it's amazing what he can do while hopping on one leg and the other just dragging behind him...
Any old-schoolers like me here remember when Gene played Stanley at center a bit? I was thinking that might be an interesting re-do this year with PD3

You're right. Stamp could jump out of the gym. PD is more physical. PD is more like George Wilkerson, but can score better than GW.

I don't remember that but I was doing some TIBH research recently and read about one of the bad seasons where Gene was hurting at point guard and was considering playing 6'8" Reggie Turner at point. He went with Larry Wiksell instead.

I just read the thread in the Graveyard and was laughing the whole time. Of course I knew it wasn't true when I started reading it. It is quite funny when you know it isn't true from the beginning. I am sure that I would have thought differently if I read it without knowing the truth.
However, it was interesting to see how many people wrote off the season when they thought PDIII was gone.

Yeah, I reread it and there is something really wrong with the board when I am the positive thinker.

I was kinda wondering if there was going to be a new all time low on the reputation meter? Just who was this guy and did he have a bad source or was the only source in his imagination? No chance that Blazerball424 = PBJ?
Now if we can just get Vaden into an AA program then 08-09 is still good to go.
