Since Shirley is such an adamant champion of academics first and foremost, maybe she should review the process for showing prospective students around the U of M campus. This is an exact quote from a co-worker with the name taken out:
Co-worker: I'll take care of it. I was out yesterday touring Colleges with my son
Me: Awesome! Where is he looking?
Co-worker: Christian Brothers University. We went to CBU and U of M yesterday. There was a big difference with the reception we received from CBU than at U of M. By the time we finished at 4:00 p.m. yesterday, XXXXX said he definitely wants to go to CBU and not U of M.
If you aren't going to help us get an OCS into the master plan, then at least make sure the U of M is putting it's best foot forward in recruiting students Shirley!!!!!
