Suckity suck suck suck!
The Bobcats were their own worst enemies today - tons of mistakes killed them. They'd get a big play either on O or D and have a penalty. Unofficially, 9 for 98 yards but that stat doesn't tell even half the story.
Yep, we were awful today.
When will Ohio implode? They seem to be digressing. Is it due to injuries, coaching, or other causes?

i think it's a combination of really good competition, injuries, and a young team. i think we just gotta get what we can this year and look for a strong 2009 with a lot of guys coming back. hopefully we can pick up another win or two as the year goes on. it won't be easy though.
Brutal schedule and injuries are killing this team.
I think it's more mental than anything. Eventually, your record just weighs on your mind too much. It doesn't matter if you take top 5 teams to the wire week in and week out, the only thing that matters is the record.

It's a rough way to have the season fall apart.

yeah i think you're right. i was afraid the guys would get down mentally after so many close losses. the "moral victory" thing only goes so far. after a while you want real wins, and when they don't come, it's very easy to get down. i just hope they find some sort of spark somewhere, somehow and they pull out a win or two to get ready for next year.
Ohio is 7-13 over its last 20 games. This program was 13-10 in Solich's first 23 games. This program has slid a bit and perhaps its the change in the offense that doesn't control the clock as much as it once did. Defense is getting banged up
I ought to tell you "cry me a river" bobcat, But I won't. Been there
