Just for a little fun. Give some predictions of MAC scores for today:

Toledo 27
Fresno St 24
(I've got to be optimistic and pick the win. In reality if we lose by 14 or less it would be really good. If we lost by 21 or less it shows that Toledo is definitely improved over last year as last season we would have lost 56-14.)

Missouri 42
Buffalo 17

Penn State 48
Temple 20

Central Michigan 42
Purdue 41

Ohio University 21
Northwestern 17

Maryland 45
Eastern Mich 17

Akron 35
Army 20

Northern Illinois 49
Indiana State 3

UL-Lafayette 28
Kent State 20

Ball State 42
Indiana 31

Cincinnati 35
Miami Univ 13

Western Mich 41
Tenn Tech 10
The MAC needs to win at least 6 games this week. This is the time we make a statement as a conference. We play lots of borderline teams like Maryland and Northwestern, where a win could knock them out of a bowl and gain us a spot in their place.
Here is what we predicted at MAC Report Online this week:

Ohio 24, Northwestern 21.
Purdue 43, Central Michigan 31.
Penn State 38, Temple 7.
Akron 33, Army 16.
Maryland 42, Eastern Michigan 20.
Missouri 48, Buffalo 10.
Northern Illinois 49, Indiana State 0.
Louisiana-Lafayette 27, Kent State 17.
Western Michigan 37, Tennessee Tech 14.
Ball State 35, Indiana 31.

100% AGREE

NU,Iowa & Minn have really helped their bowl situation with a 3-0 start .....
CMU will get spanked, they never play well against BCS. Because Central Sucks
Hopefully we start off with a bang and get some second-stringers some playing time in the second half. But I wouldn't be surprised if the WMU-Tenn Tech game went like this...

End 1Q: WMU 7 TennTech 7
Halftime: WMU 17 TennTech 14
End 3Q: WMU 31 Tenn Tech 17
Final: WMU 45 Tenn Tech 17

Broncos start out slow with some miscues and mishaps, especially on the defensive end, allowing Tennessee Tech some unusually good yardage to keep it curiously close for a half. Then after halftime the clobbering commences.
OU down 16 to NIL at the half against Northwestern.

yeah our defense was doing a great job of keeping NW out of the end zone, even when we fumbled on our 10 yard line and still kept them to a field goal. but that last NW possession proved to be too much for our D and we're down 16-0. again, the story is turnovers and penalties against us. one turnover was an interception by NW in the end zone. we can still come back but it's going to be an uphill battle for sure. next week against VMI can't come fast enough!
