Jones and Eric Young were difference makers and the biggest reasons why our defense this year looks horrible compared to last year. Our DL isn't getting much pressure on the QB this year. In time I think our current DL will be better but is awfully young and green right now. What happened to Hunt this year?

Hunt appears to have dissapeared! Was expecting a big season from him - is he being doubled?
Agree with Cowboy - lot of young talent in the DL - LB will be a major concern next season! Like Rosanna Dana once said "It's always somethin"

It makes sense that Hunt would get a lot more attention from the other teams OL this year. JJ took on a lot of double teams last year and Hunt was able to reap the rewards.
EMU had better sign 5 LB's in Feb. A JUCO or two in the mix would be good. Defense in general should be a focal point. A good offense is nice, but defense wins championships.

He's playing a lot, and doing very well. Will be playing tonight on Monday Night Football vs the Colts (how about a little revenge on Polian). I was watching the ESPN NFL show and Mark Schlereath talked about the Titan DL. He said "not only are the starters very good, but back up players like Jason Jones are having a huge impact". There's even some talk in the media starting about how he has pro bowl potential......

And in the 2nd round the Lions took...Jordan Dizon! Tennessee got JJ 9 picks later. No mystery why the Lions are as pitiful as they are. Millen and Co. were/are terrible talent evaluators.

And Dick Juron might be the NFL coach of the year in Buffalo (our interim coach that Millen dumped to get the current clown) or maybe it will be Jim Zorn in Washington (another former Lions assistant that Millen dumped). Player of the year might be Drew Brees of New Orleans, a player Millen passed on twice - once in the draft, and once unbelievably in free agency when Brees was a proven QB, and we really needed a QB. I mean, we could go on and on and on and on...........
