Tennessee was beaten by UCLA. UCLA then had an extra 5 days to prepare for BYU, just as Tennessee had an extra 5 days to prepare for us.

Comparing scores is pretty meaningless, but still, ouch!
UCLA was Ryan Brown's upset alert special. He said not only would they cover they would win straight up!

He was basing it off a close win at Washington. You just can't compare scores. You are right!
But BYU isn't a BCS team, so you can't compare them to Tennessee since they won't play anybody.
Exactly. But that being said Tennessee is going to have problems in the SEC. UAB could have made this a game if not for miscues and TO's.

Also, I think BYU is really a very good squad. Road wins are always tough as they found out in Washington last week.

Matter of fact, I think the MWC is probably the 3rd best conference this season behind the Big 12 and SEC.

I am with you there. BYU is good and I have been voting them high in the poll since pre-season.
As much as it pains me to admit it as a UNLV fan, BYU is an excellent team. They have a good shot at going undefeated and making some noise this year. While they don't play in the what so many seem to consider God's chosen conference like Tennessee does, they do play some decent teams. Granted the MWC is far from the SEC, but we did go 4-0 yesterday against the Pac-10. That included a sweet 23-20 victory by my Rebels over #15 Arizona State (had to throw that in!). Go Blazers! Go Rebels!
