that's very interesting that the MAC has played 16 games so far against the BCS...almost double the amount of games played against the BCS by C-USA. i wonder why we're playing so many more games against the big boys? a serious question...not a dig at any one conference.

=>$$$ MAC needs it more to keep programs afloat so plays more $ games.

Geography is part of it as there are so many large programs in drivable distances for MAC schools. Not so much for WAC and MWC teams.

Finally, with 13 teams in the league, the MAC just plays more games in general. MAC has played the most non-BCS DI-A/FBS teams as well.
