Only one tailgate team in the whole league?

If you are part of a tailgate crew this website will help you manage it...plus give you contacts when taking your crew on the road. It is free.
I like to have a burger and a few drafts at a bar before or after the game. Let the hillbilly's in Oxford, Knoxville, Austin, etc... have a banquet in the parking lot. Too much clean up required for such a silly past time.
Where did you get the idea that the MAC only has one tailgate crew? We have two tailgate vehicles alone. The folks at AZZ.com gather for some great tailgating and I know that other MAC schools have similar traditions.

Liam: I'd hardly call tailgating silly. The pre- and post-game gatherings over the past six years or so have been the source of countless memories for me & my son.
I was mostly kidding about tailgating being silly. I just don't like having smack thrown our way because we aren't over the top about it in this region or this conference. I am serious that I would rather just hit a bar so I can watch some of the other games and not worry about clean up.

Liam--Well to each his own...I enjoy the comraderie of getting together with other football fans.

To the Bowling Green Fan--take a look at the website, sign up and give it a try. It allows you to plan out each game (home and away). Your crew can check in, build a menu, take a roll call, post photos, assign duties, etc...another feature is you can contact host friendly teams from other schools aout where to park, etc...they may even ask you to join them. If you have any other questions just PM me...thanks TM
Liam detests tailgating out in the elements. Now there is a shocker! Let me guess, you don't like chicken wings because they are too messy?
I don't think I've ever had Spam at a tailgate....

Truth be told, the Jambulance is the brainchild and property of RangerRocket but if we get Cuse on our schedule again I'm quite sure we'll be on the way! Thanks for the kind invitation.

I think we still owe them one from an old deal.
According to the UT website, we're due to play at Syracuse in 2011.
Of course, deals and contracts like that get changed and bought out all the ime.

That is the game I was referring too. The original game in Toledo was a costly victory for us--we lost a guy you might of heard of (Dwight Freeney) for the rest of the season. The last game was played around 2004 IIRC.

You have a link showing 2011 from Toledo?
It was a 2 for 1 with the first game at Toledo in 1999. The 2nd was at Syracuse in 2003 and the 3rd was supposed to be 2005, but a change in the Big East schedule pushed it back to 2008. Then Syracuse asked to get it moved back again to 2011. That is when we added the Michigan game for 2008, so I can't complain.

At this point the game is still supposed to get played, probably in 2011......but you never know.
