The 48 year Olympic streak for EMU Track and Field lives! This is a very impressive streak. Does anybody know if this is the longest?

Good find! I had no idea we had a streak like that going. I wonder if Boaz Cheboiywo will make the olympics at any point. I used to always see him running down Geddes in the middle of nowhere.

Anyway, thanks for the post.

His first name was pronounced Bow-Azz, i believe. i can't remember the last name. I used to always see him running down Geddes in the middle of nowhere.

Boaz is from Kenya, probably the most competitive distance running county in the world. He'll need to be very fast to make their Olympic team.
Does anyone know the normal age for olympic distance runners? I wonder if Boaz is past the normal age.
