Even with our team, we won't go 1-11.
1-11 is Bogus!

I sense something special this year with some momentum building. I say 6-6.

Welcome to the Board! 04-cheers
is tulane supposed to be vastly improved this year or do they just not realize that we beat them last year with perhaps the thinnest team we've had at the D1 level?

I think the FAU, Tulsa, Houston, ECU, and UCF games will be a lot closer than people think and we will win at least one of them. I think UAB will be a high scoring team. Based on last year I think we can hold our own with the higher echelon and high scoring teams in CUSA(Tulsa,Houston,UCF,ECU) and beat at least one of them and be in bowl contention. The last two games will be critical. Next year we challenge for CUSA title.

Good first post! Welcome! I agree. I'm thinking 4-5 wins. 6-6 if we get on a roll.

It's obvious they did nt do any homework 03-melodramatic and went on last year's record and did not take into consideration that we have improved. 04-chairshot 03-nutkick

I'm still a doubter until happily proven otherwise. I'm quite sure our Offense will be impressive, but until I witness our defense make even ONE tackle in a game, it's hard to see many wins.

Fixed it for ya...............

Make sure the link is between and don't use the whole link in the address bar either.

example, the code UtePEgHd8Ro would go between ..........

funny that a UAB link on Youtube would begin UTEP. WOW.........
I'd say these people generally know what they are talking about and don't miss on many. I'd say they are off by 1 game; 2 at the most.

Last I saw, the Patriots were favored by 11.5 and that didn't turn out as expected.

Obviously there are the doubters and the believers. I am hoping the RobSmith has a very happy season. 04-rock At least you are hoping to be proven wrong. :ncaabbs:

Ghosts of New Orleans.

Remember, we once hung 55 on them down there and lost.

Here's the thing.

We've been saddled with an unpleasant perception, fostered by Watson laying one egg after another, and going 2-10 last year.

People don't think we're any good. Why should they?

What is out there that should changed that perception?

I don't know, but I believe in these coaches and I believe in these kids, and I believe some folks are in for a helluva surprise this fall.

I would have to think UCF is beatable till they prove they can move the ball without that runningback.
To hell with them.

If UAB fans don't expect an undefeated season each and every year, we aren't doing our job.

Every team on our fall schedule is beatable.
