I noticed the Press had given front page treatment to the fact ETSU is now holding a soccer camp.
Which is fine, but it made me recall that during Paul Hamilton's tenure he was told he couldn't have a football camp at ETSU.
You just can't know the recent history of ETSU sports and not realize that there is an agenda the administration has had regarding their athletic department.
And it is an agenda that is driven by the non-spectator sports.
Yes, I realize the A-Sun wants their members to have soccer. F
But just once, wouldn't you like to have one of the reporters who cover things like the ETSU soccer camp- which is naturally a story created by the ETSU publicity department- ask the question-
"Why can we have soccer camps now but couldn't have football camps then? Were you actively trying to destroy the football program?"
