An absolutely remarkable turnaround for EMU which started the season with 17 straight losses under a new coach who took over under some trying circumstances.
To comeback from that start to claim a MAC West title and then win the MAC Tournament is one of the more improbable turnarounds ever in college baseball.

Det News coverage is strange. It's not like it's a slow sports weekend in Detroit. Goricki lives in Ypsi Township but I doubt that had anything to do with it.

When a good defensive team makes 5 errors in the first half of the game, it's not going to turn out well.
