I glanced at a Sporting News SEC yearbook. Like I suspected, it did have a brief national preview listing all Division I-A teams from 1 (USC) - 119 (FIU).

The following are the NCUSA rankings as predicted by TSN:


Eastern Division:
33. UAB
40. Southern Miss
46. Memphis
85. Marshall
91. East Carolina
114. UCF

Western Division:
55. UTEP
62. Houston
77. Tulane
102. Rice
108. Tulsa
113. SMU
