Wow, what a concept, a government agency having to better explain how they misused funds. No need for that in the Johnson City Press though. They choose to ignore any negative news out of ETSU until the outcry is so great, they have to respond. And I doubt the blame lays at the feet of the reporters - maybe some, but in my opinion it goes higher than that. Somebody is keeping them from researching and looking into this stuff.
