I'm planning on attending the Oklahoma game with a few friends in September. Anyone know where I can find the best deal on tickets and with location around other Bearcat fans?

Sweet! The more Bearcats, the better. I'm making plans to go down as well. Try to get the tickets from UC.Those Sooners sell out every game, so its either UC or scalpers. I've heard there is supposed to be a UC tent sent up on game day by the Alumni Assoc.

The Missus and I will be there. Have a flight lined up. No tix to game yet. I need to get on that, I guess.
Once we get closer to it, we need to establish a base of operations for a UC tailgate.

I am going because:
1. It love to support my cats at home and on the road
2. What an experience that will be going to a game in Norman Oklahoma
3. I could never ever ever ever forgive myself if the cats won that game and i was not there.

Great fans in Norman. We went a few years ago when BG opened the season at OU.
Definitely had a great time. We toured the OU campus on Friday afternoon while waiting on the team busses to roll into town for the walk through.
Stayed in Oklahoma City. Toured the Mura Building Memorial Site (very moving to see all of those chairs) at dusk. Had dinner at Mickey Mantles place down near the minor league ball park.

Yes, Dan. I'm thinking the USF game.
Who is coming to the UConn game. That is the real question.
Hopefully the bus trips will be announced fairly soon. I hope the UCATS, Alumni, The Grail etc all do bus trips for all the games except Hawaii of course. It is great to plan flight trips etc on your own but the way to move the masses is by having fun and cheaper bus trips like the Bowl game etc. Now is the time to get the word out!

FWIW: The guys at UC's ticket office said they don't get tix to the Oklahoma game until July 15th. So if you want to sit with the UC group, have to wait till then to call.
There's 2 of us coming from Austin, 2 from KC. Should be a great college atmosphere. Tampa was a blast last year and I expect more of the same in OK.
