Looks like another stellar year in recruiting for all the CUSA teams not located in Memphis. Looking at the Rivals top 150, not a single recruit goes to the rest of CUSA.

Gonzaga, Florida Atlantic, Xavier, Fordham, UMASS, Southern Illinois and maybe another non-BCS team or 2 got somebody in the top 150.

Can't wait for all the improved competition next season! Was there not a single top 150 recruit from New Orleans, Houston, Orlando, Birmingham, Dallas, Tulsa, anywhere? I thought UAB got Cousins, but he is a junior, not a senior.

I'm just saying.

UAB will give us a run for our money. Every important player is returning.

but coach Doh has top 25 recruits, and a 7'1 center to boot...he's a recruitin', coachin', winnin', machine....ROBO DOH!

I don't think either kid is ranked in Rivals top 150, but I hear very good things about Jason Jones and Arnett Moutrie(both UTEP signees). Wasn't Jones runner -up for Mr. Basketball in Tennessee?

Kareem Cooper was in the top 150 when he came out. Coach Doh isn't having a great year recruiting although he does have some transfers coming in. When the season is over he will be out a lot of Doh and they will kick his butt out the Doh.

Speaking of DOH, I would love to be in the Tiger locker room before the first Memphis-SMU game. You think Cal may say something about us being a second rate team in his pep talk?

UAB will more than likely resign Keenan Ellis after this past year of prep school. He was once a top 35 recruit in his original class. Also, they have a very good shot at landing Darius Morrow, who is in the top 100. There's a recent Rivals article where he states that it's narrowed down between UAB and ECU.
