Sweet, I am buying another house as an investment property and I need to gut some stuff, specifically the old furnace and radiators. I am closing on the house on May 23rd and it will take me a couple weeks to get everything disconnected. I am going to guess the weekend of June 13th-15th will be the weekend.

Oh that reminds me, I need to go out and buy a sledge hammer!

Among other things, yes. I don't like working for other people.

Great time to buy as long as you have the money to do it and don't feel the recession will hurt you any time soon.
