Only Big East interest offer was Cincinnati.
I was told earlier today, that this guy verballed to UC.
yeah? I was told 3 days ago.....................

j/k. no such thing.

Sounds like a solid player - in an area of need.
6'5" 220 saftey? Something tells me this kid is going to end up as a weakside linebacker.
This makes sense. Saw him today in one of the dining halls.
He also had an offer from Vanderbilt and is a 3-star by Scout. Nice pickup. Hopefully UC can land his teamate 4-star Wilson. I hear they are in big-time with him as well.
Nice.

Love to see UC working its way into Indiana. Cincinnati is just a 2 hour drive from both Columbus (IN) and Indy, a nice trip for any parent on a beautiful fall day.

Coach Kelly and his staff continue to do great things!

Edit: I wonder if he plays basketball? P.S. I thought this was commit #4?
Saddler was the 2nd to commit, followed by Josh Jones and then Angel Clybourn.

I will be surprised if Jones and Horne aren't at least 3-stars when the new rankings come out.

Horne had a great Elite Camp last week in Cleveland, impressed a lot of people.

And Jones is outstanding. I was told he had at least 6 firm offers when he committed to UC (3 MAC and 3 BCS) and had a lot of other schools very close to offering him.
Duwyce Wilson will be a great pick up if we get him. (knock on wood) Have any of you seen Greg Pratt yet? Both of these guys would be great for us.
Anyone remember the days when UC had ZERO commits before the signing period?

The transformation of UC football in the last three years has been amazing. If we can keep Coach K for a few years, watch out!!

Yep. And then we were fighting with the foreskins and directional MAC schools for what was left over come the signing period. Nice to have those days in the rear view mirror.
