shooting 3/14 from the field...and has 8 turnovers and is losing 18-6 with 9 minutes left in the first half.

Fisher is struggling...well I guess the entire team is.
wow...its amazing what a little athleticism at the Point guard position will do when defending a MAC player of the year. Fisher has no idea what to do with someone in his face. Another Kent State turnover.
They don't look good at all. They need to wake up quickly.
25-6 UNLV with 4:41 left in the half.
15 turnovers for Kent St. with 2:30 left in the first half.

Finally Fisher gets a bucket. 29-10 with 2:00 left.

KSU gets a stop, and then turn it over. 16 TO's.
UNLV scores a bucket, and KSU comes down and turns it over.

17 thus far.
Ouch!!! Kinda glad we don't get that game here in Kalamazoo. WWMT has the Purdue game (Yawn) instead.
31-10 UNLV at the half.

KSU shot 21% and had 17 turnovers. Tied a NCAA record for least amount of points in the first half.
yeah, I am watching it for free on sportsline.com. If there is a game you want to watch that CBS isn't showing, I suggest you go there.
GREAT job Kent! Way to make the conference look good...

Ouch. Been watching the score box on CBS with the horrible graphics up on top of the screen and it must be ugly. Too big of a hole for them to overcome in the second half. They have been showing the Pitt game here.

MAC "POY" Al Fisher starts off 1-8 from the field with 4 turnovers int the first half.

It always happens. Whoever makes a nice run in the MAC tournament, goes into the NCAA tournament ice cold. WMU probably would have done the best in a game like this, because they were so disappointed on the Akron game, they would have had something to prove(ala in 1998). Kent St. had that confidence factor for winning the tournament and regular season titles, and it looks like they were too confident.

Hopefully they can make a run in the second half.

No worries. They have the Marquette v. Kentucky game now. Not only is it a really good game, but I love it any time Kentucky is losing.
Kent with 8 points in the first 2:30 of the 2nd half. But UNLV starts the 2nd half 5-6 from the floor. 42-18 UNLV,
a good thing about this game, is that UNLV likes to chuck up long range shots. So this lead isn't safe, like it would be if Kent was losing to Wisconsin by 25.

45-20 Kent at the line shooting two.
Quaintance is taking over for KSU. He is the only one having a good game for them.

No turnovers in the 2nd half yet for Kent.

53-33 with 10 minutes left.
UNLV is 10/14 shooting in the 2nd half.

Kent is 9/18 shooting in the 2nd half.

55-37 with 9 minutes left.

Don't know if you have cable or not, however, several cable operaotrs are showing all the games. On your local CBS station you will get the game of the school closest to you or whoever they feel will draw the most interest, then on the other digital channels are all the other games. This is the one decent thing about Time Warner and there is no extra charge.
I live in an apartment complex that has its own in-house cable. 24 channels, no sports channels, no extras. But it's OK, I got to watch Kentucky lose.
UNLV did to Kent State what Akron did to WMU in the MAC tourney.
