Actually you can park under Tower City and it gives you a tunnel to walk through right up to the Q. It's fairly in expensive only 6 bux or so.

Theres a garage attached to the Q, between Ontario and E. 9th.

I like parking at Tower City. For Cavs and Indians games, it can be a while getting out, but it will be easy for the MAC tournament. The afternoon time slots could be different price wise, however, because it will be the whole day rate.
The garages connected to the Q are typically $10-15 at least. Also, there are a few small lots off of East 9th on the other side of Jacobs (I mean Progressive) Field that will likely be cheaper than usual. That would be a good spot if the weather is decent.
