Anyone have any information on who was there and how it went? Watkins from GBN was there said he had a "great" visit. With offers from a couple of B11 schools it will be interesting to see how we fare with him.

All I know is the McCariens room in the Yordon Center was completely filled and I heard a lot of the players that were wowed by the facilities. PJ did a great job of setting everything up, and it seemed like it went very well.

As I've mentioned before, some of the Big Ten schools aren't sold on him as a QB but love his size, and he knows he could be "the man" in DeKalb. If he really wants to play QB in college, NIU is probably his safest bet. Not saying he couldn't/wouldn't play QB at the BCS schools, but that's not a sure thing. NIU is.
He would be a terrific QB in NIU's offense and is a perfect fit with his talents and abilities. He would be the difference maker back there that NIU hasn't had since Haldi.
