Anybody catch their act at the end of the Villanova/Georgetown game? Easily the worst officials in any sport. Those officials should be suspended. He didn't even TOUCH the guy, and they call a foul with .1 time left? They literally handed that game away. That game should have gone to overtime.

claw, he did give him a little push, but you CAN'T call a foul in that situation. Horrible. The Big East officials gift wrap a win for Georgetown and send NOVA into the bottom 1/3 of the table in the Big East.

But that was a tiny bump and it wasn't a foul. You're allowed to bump a player slightly on a trap, and since the player was driving towards him it wasn't a foul.

Did you watch the end of RU/Tenn women's game? Talk about home cooking officials. That was one of the worst home cooking situation I have ever seen. They stopped clock at 0.2 secs to give Tenn a foul. The girl made 2 free throws and the game was over.

I just read your thread about it. This is ridiculous! I think it's time for officials to be held accountable. Officials should have to attend post game press conferences just like players and coaches. This is just stupid.

You want to talk about bad officiating? I was also watching the Tenessee women play the Rutgers women game. With about 7 seconds left, Rutgers is up by one point, Tenn has the ball and takes it all the way down to their basket. Tenn takes the shot, misses, and rebounds, takes another shot, and misses, and gets the rebound again, takes a shot, Rutgers fouls. Now how were they able to take the ball down the court and get 3 shots off and also get those rebounds off? The clock stops at .2 seconds misteriously. No foul call, no nothing. The clock guy just stops the clock with point 2 seconds on the clock. A foul is now called. If the clock had not stopped, the foul would have happened after time expired.

The worst part of all Tenn makes both free throws. Rutgers inbounds the ball with .2 seconds left, a tenn player fouls and hits the ball out of bounds, but the clock never started, and the foul was never called. It was still point 2 seconds on the clock. the refs called it a game and walked off the floor. The Tenn players were hesitant to celebrate a win because it appeared that even they thought there was going to be another play.

I dont know if it was BE officials but it was the worst called game that I ever saw in the final seconds. THE WOST EVER.
Rutgers women got robbed.
I agree they will never improve if not ever held accountable. I have always said the supervisor of officials on site shoud have to give a post game press conference. Players and coaches do in the heat of the momemt ???? I have little to no trust at all in Big East or really any officials.
I wonder where the GTown/Nova officials were during the past few days? These officials fly all over the country. Probably just a bad call by a fatigued zebra. Of course with that being said, I wonder what WVU has to do to get a call or two like that :muttering:

The RU/UT game was pure homecooking. Someone needs to be suspended because of that

I caught the last 2 minutes of that game and that is one the worst calls I have ever seen. How could they call that, when they didn't call anything on the drive that the Villanova player made just before the turnover. There was much more contact on that drive. IMO, neither one should have been called and the game should have been decided in OT.
