Anyone know why the Sun Belt doesn't participate in the BB? I would think at least South Alamba and Western Kentucky would want an extra RPI compatible game especially if South Alabama loses the conference tourney.
I know the Sun Belt has participated in the past. One time Ball State played WKU. Only a few of the conferences have everyone participate, maybe the Sun Belt didn't have the right teams to be on TV.
South Alabama non-conference SOS is 30 and WKU 116. Both above average. Looks like South Alabama played some big boys to make up for no bracketbuster. WKU might have been better off with the bracketbuster
