Stay classy, Kent State. Way to roll up three techs at the end.
Attendance at the Convo tonight.

7714

Or roughly, 10 times the MAC average.

I'm not sure I buy 7,714. Didn't look like that much. Still, it's nice to see that many people get out for a game in the very cold conditions that make people want to stay in.

The program should try to get back up to that 7500 a game average we maintained in the 90's.

I can remember watching WMU in front of 12,000 back in the day.
The Maryland win at #1 North Carolina really makes Ohio non-conference rpi boost up a bit. A good nite when you beat a top 40 rpi team and a team you beat wins at the #1. Five Ohio games were decided on the last shot of the game. Ohio 1-4 in those games and 10-2 in the other 12. Lots of close games on the road for Ohio.
Chris Singletary was ejected from the Kent-OU game, right? I didn't watch it, so I'm just going on what I have heard. If so, does that mean he will have a one game suspension according to NCAA rules? There was allegedly a lot of dirty stuff happening both ways near the end.

Can someone set this straight? Thanks.
I wouldn't say there was anything dirty on either end, but it got a bit chippy.

Nobody seems to be able to figure out the ejection thing; my gut tells me no.
It appears BSU is starting to get it turned around a bit...They're 3-2 since Anthony Newell returned, albeit four of those games were at home...If it weren't for the absolute dismantling wednesday night, I'd be REALLY optimistic.

They got carried by a freshman with both Newell and Stovall on the bench for a critical run in the second half...

Of course now theres a two game road stretch coming up (including one at Ohio)...We'll see what happens...
