Just a thought. It would be cool if the UAB band plays the Star Wars theme when Darth Vaden is introduced and when he hits a 3 point shoot.

Imperial March. I couldn't remember the name of this particular movement of the Star Wars theme.
Now, if someone is close to the band director, maybe they can (ahem) twist her arm, I mean persuade her to play it.
Do folks other than the people on this board call him Darth Vaden? It wouldn't work as well if nobody else got it.

I've seen the media refer to him as Darth Vaden many times. During the Kentucky game, the announcers referred to him as such many times. The papers after the game also used it. I even saw on an Indiana board someone saying they wished Darth Vaden hadn't left.
Also, the student section sings the Imperial March every time Vaden hits a big 3, or at least some of us do. We are trying to get more to join in.
