I foresee one of the following four teams coming to DeKalb for bracket buster game 2/24.

UIC, Evansville, Youngstown or UW Milwaukee.

Our current rpi is approximately 280 and these are four "local" teams near or above NIU 's rpi and all four are the visiting teams.

Any other tea leaf readers?

I want UW Milwaukee! I want to see us kick Mr. NDakota's rear! 05-mafia
realtimerpi.com lists are current RPI at 258.
NIU vs Loyola
i am rootin' for NIU vs. Hawaii............that way NIU has to go to Hawaii the following year

Won't happen here. Bracket Buster matchups usually will not allow two teams to meet if they have already played. Plus Loyloa already plays here next year.
NIU vs. Towson
Why don't we play EIU and WIU every year? Seriously... could be the start of a competitive, local rivalry. We did a good job scheduling Loyola this year. Are they making the return trip next year? I'd love to see us play ISU too although they seem to be a program on the rise. Chicago St. would surely make the trip as well.
We once played EIU frequently and WIU less frequently but not every season...not sure why it ended....seems like the change occurred when NIU rejoined MAC a decade ago....

IMO: I think SIU, UIC and ISU make for better rivalries than EIU & WIU.....

EIU has had several very respectable bball teams years ago - not so much so today for EIU or for WIU.

NO! NEVER let NIU go to Hawaii again. The last time we wnet to Hawaii, we came back with 3 losses including a loss to Div II BYU-Hawaii.
I'll throw in my prediction: SE Mizzou St.
how do you pronounce player's name wearing #94 for Packers....is it backwards like on the front of an ambulance?

NIU vs UW Milwaukee

If I say every team within 200 miles can I come back and say I told you so ? :)

we moved UP ^ to #277 - WOW !

Look out DRAKE - you are gonna be facin' some real hungry Huskies in our pound ----- just kidding !

Actually Drake is a PRIME example of a bball program which has made a major turnaround. I think we muzzled those dawgs bad last meeting.
