Bueller......?

Bueller......?
Simple answer? See if he's on the bench for the ODU home game Saturday. If he's there, even in streets, he's still around. If he's not on the bench, outlook not so good.
yeah, if he isnt on the bench, you can probably guess we are not going to be seeing him anytime soon.
We are going to have to figure these things out on our own. No one is going to tell us anything.
Grades and medical conditions are a Privacy Act matter.

Being kicked off or dismissed from the team are not.
A simple "breaking team rules" usually covers all areas without violating privacy act provisions. Passing classes are generally a team rule.
He is still shown on the roster on the website. Not that this means much...

You are full of it.
If what you are saying is true, then David Crane violated the privacy act by saying that Sharpe did not make the trip to Wichita because he was dealing with an academic issue. That was providing informaton concerning his academic standing.

Annoucing that Mayfield was ineligible was also providing information about his academic standing. Doh! Another privacy act violation.

Not hardly.
Here we go again.

Why don't you two just get a room already.(or use PM's)
David didn't mention anything about grades, now did he? Only non-specific academic issues that needed attention. And, his academic standing was not specfically mention either. Only that there was an academic issue. Can't wait to fire the next shot, uh?
how did we find out about Mayfield that he was academically ineligible. If what you say is true, you cannot announce someone is ineligible academically, which is incorrect.
You must abide by the guidelines outlined in the Privacy Act. Perhaps one of our ABA members or future ABA members can provide some details as to what info can be released, and when it can be released.

Please, Attalla, bring back MB's BlazerSax chew toy.
Good grief, man. Quit attacking. I am only trying to point out that it is not a violation of the privacy act to announce that someone is academically ineligible. It is done all the time. You insist on turning it into something else.

Now if there is nothing to announce because Sharpe is not ineligible, that is a different story.
Call the school on your own Hotshot. See it they give you the info.
I would offer this. If he is ineligible and off the team, it would be reported within 24 hours by Irvine. Since there has been no announcement that he is officially off the team I suspect that they are, like they said "working on the academic issues". That may change tomorrow, Saturday, next week, or never. Either it will be announced he is off the team or things will be cleared up and he will suit up at some point and time, then we will get a blurb from Irvine that all his issues are cleaned up.
Ding Ding Ding! I believe we have a new opening act for GN vs ILGG in front of Bartow on Saturday night!!!
Incompletes are not uncommon. My wife is a professor at UAB. She has given several. It could be a paper or participation project like being part of a research study. This all assumes that it is just an incomplete which is what it sounds like.

Prove all the haters wrong, Walt!
