Is that the only game we're going to need him for? Man some of you guys are way to fixated on Memphis. There are at least 7 other teams that could just as easily beat UAB in CUSA. Memphis should be the least of our worries at the moment.

I believe everyone if forgetting about a pretty good Houston team. They are 10-1. They blew out Kentucky, and they look like they could do the same to us. They are definately a top 25 team.

I have not been embarrassed. Again I thought we would lose 4 or 5 games in the OOC. WSU was one of them, so was USF. Thought we would lose to FSU and Kentucky and possible one surprise team.
Some folks need to get a grip.
I saw that Rhode Island is 11-1.
That's more ammo if everyone thinks they are bad......

Houston is NOT a top 25 team. Seriously. Who have they beat? And how well have they performed ON THE ROAD? Oh yeah, they rarely play on the road. Really guys, Houston has to prove something other than beating UK in their own house when UK is utterly horrible this year. Yeah we beat them on one of their two home courts WITH Pat Patterson playing. Now that to me was an accomplishment. Even though they are having a down season. Houston, on the other hand, is not as good as everyone is making them out to be. They are good. No doubt. But not top 25 good. Go down the top 25 and name me any team that they are better than or have beat and if you make a valid argument, then I might start to believe. But I've seen nothing that impresses me yet. The VCU game, maybe. But VCU does not seem to be as good as they were last year for some reason.

And some of you need to get a grip. You two do not know me well enough to judge whether I hate someone or not. I do not hate Davis. He is just a basketball coach and not important enough in the scheme of life to hate.
And I did not say "We have been embarrassed". I said I have been embarrassed. That is a statement that you cannot refute because I am speaking for myself.
I never said I was embarrassed about the loss to Wichita. I expected it. I even said in the game thread that the refs cost us the opportunity to come back and win when they took Vaden out of the game on what sounded like questionable calls. I have not bashed anyone for the loss on Saturday. Since I was not surprised that we lost, I was not that upset. I was upset at all of you guys jumping all over any poster who was upset by the loss and that is what I have responded to.
But you two are so quick to defend that you don't read what someone says, only assume what they are saying based on past postings.
Do I think Davis is a good coach? No. I have said so from the beginning and do not flip flop from one game to the other. He was not my choice as coach, but we were promised great things. We are still waiting. I hope he turns it around, because like it or not, he is in charge of the program of school I support.
You are so busy defending Davis and bashing the "bashers" that you can't see the growing discontent among the fans. Now, Attalla, I am sure you will come back with some smart ass remark like "OH I GUESS WE NEED TO BRING MURRY BACK" or "I GUESS WE NEED TO CLOSE THE PROGRAM DOWN" but that schtick don't work anymore. I imagine in a couple of years, if Davis doesn't pay up as promised, you will jump on the bandwagon of fans fed up with lost games and basketball players who can't read and you will act like you were there all along. But you will only jump on that Bandwagon if Flying Mouse is there first.

Isn't it possible that we share similar opinions on a subject the same as you share a similar opinion with other posters on a subject. While I agree with Mouse on many things I do not agree with every thing and I have stated as such. I have always been on the Blazer bandwagon. I never got off. I am just not on the Davis Bandwagon. You are implying that they are one and the same. They are not.
