I'm going to roll up all of the submissions from the 'unofficial' thread into a single post with one line per school. I'll annotate if folks post new info in this thread.

Also note. I believe the word is that MAC teams will play 8 conference and 4 OOC games this year. Could someone confirm that?

Moderator: Could you move this up to an 'important thread' and move the other thread down to the regular threads. Thanks!
I don't think it's possible for 13 teams to all play 8 games within the conference. Some mathematician might confirm or refute this speculation.
If the league office had a mathematician (or for that matter, an historian), the league wouldn't have 13 teams for football.

I think it is possible but not with a properly balanced divisional schedule.

13 teams x 8 games / 2 (two teams per game) = 52 games.

The West would play 15 games (6 teams x 5 games / 2).

The East would play 21 games (7 teams x 6 games / 2).

Crossover: 16 games.

The West would need 6 teams x 3 games or 18 crossover games.

The East would need 7 teams x 2 games or 14 crossover games.

I believe some West teams would only have 7 conference games.

Does this make sense????
Steve:

I believe you just showed it is NOT possible for each MAC team to play 8 league games.
BG-@Boise,@Wym,@Pitt, Minn
Temple-Army,Conn,@PennSt,@Navy
Now if Toledo - EM & CM - WM play each other home & home MAC could get 8 conf games for everybody.
I tought Kent was playing BC in renovated Dix stadium, now it's in Cleve. what about Patriot bowl
They ditched the Patriot Bowl because of the poor turnout for Akron-Army. The KSU game was switched for money.
you gonna tell me they expect Kent-BC to out draw patriot bowl.
That's what they expect and are guaranteeing us twice the crowd. That's why we are doing it. They have to sell the tickets. There aren't 30,000 KSU football fans, unless you count the ones that have died in the last 60 years.
Axe:

Start digging!
why didn't they do that for the patriot bowl
fwiw Temple will play at army again next year....
you telling me Temple only got 5 home games next yr
9-6-08 CONNECTICUT
9-20-08 at Penn State

TBA at Army

Welcome to the MAC.
I haven't heard anything about the Temple at Kentucky game for 2008. My program from the last home game shows Connecticut, TBA (which turned out to be at Penn State), at Army, at Navy. I thought the Kentucky series was dropped, do you have any details on this game of 2008?

Per the Ball State website, there is no Army game next year. Ball State will host Northeastern on Aug. 28.
EMU's schedule looks like a good one for me. Looks like @Maryland and @Army. Matter of fact, I should be able to see all 4 OOC games this year.

I now have dates for the 4 OOC games for EMU.
