I would like to add one thing to my running list and this one may be the most important one of all.

After the quotes from the Department of Education saying the EADA reports are serious and we hope people fill them out correctly and the quote from Mullins saying I really don't pay much attention to the EADA reports, I wonder if Mr. Smith will ever have access again to ETSU employees.
