That is slanderous, putting me with the steroids stuff in baseball! 03-wink
as an all star of this board I expect your name to be implicated mlb..
sounds like the BRONX will be BURNING BIG TIME!!

http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3153129

good news for the most hated franchise in sports..
almost as great for them as when the pats got busted cheating.. HAHA
This whole thing is going to get ugly. And those who think Mitchell exposing the steriod use is a good thing, might want to think again. Let's see how many big names come up and how they get treated, hopefully if everyone is fair, just like Barry Bonds. If this is as big of a deal as Mitchell is making it to be, how bad will it effect MLB?
this could be worse than any strike we have ever seen.. that is almost certain.. my biggest fear is that EVERYONE in the country has a player they like in the report, and then everyone just looks for faults in the report to falsify it and make it so their player isnt as bad as it seems.. while alot of the report will be hear say.. I would tend to believe people dont want to burn all bridges jsut to get their name out there.. we arent all Bobby Petrino.. I feel the majority of baseball will see at least a name or two on that list, and will have to answer to it.. honestly in a time like this.. it really makes me appreciate even more the accomplishments of a player like griffey.. assuming he isnt on these reports.. i wouldnt expect him because he has never even been implicated.. but the greatest players of this generation would be far better had they not played in the cheating era.. also might make some of my childhood heros not HOF eligible, so It would be like having the whole big red machine on the same page as Pete Rose for you older guys.. could be a big huge black eye for baseball..
I must say that I am so glad that the government has fixed healthcare, hunger, poverty, war, iraq iran and north korea, and every other major world issues so that now they have time to spend tax payer money on fixing the problems MLB. After they do this they will then all circle up and sing by the campfire having fixed every issues facing the world. I mean I understand the "validity" of this report but really did the government need to step in?
Names are coming out already: Seven-time Cy Young Award winner Roger Clemens and Yankees pitcher Andy Pettitte were the first names to emerge Thursday from the Mitchell report.
"with many more yankees to soon be implicated..."
Lance's Blog has the following listed thus far:

Bonds
Pujols
Clemens
Giambi
Albert Belle
Ken Caminitti
Conseco and Boone Brothers

--------------------------------------------- (more)

According to WNBC, Albert Pujols is among many star players expected to be named on George Mitchell's steroids report Thursday afternoon.

MLB officials are reportedly denying that WNBC's list is 100 percent accurate, but along with Pujols the names are said to include Brady Anderson, Rick Ankiel, Jeff Bagwell, Barry Bonds, Albert Belle, Ken Caminiti, Mike Cameron, Roger Clemens, Johnny Damon, Troy Glaus, Juan Gonzalez, Eric Gagne, Nomar Garciaparra, Jason Giambi, Jose Guillen, Jay Gibbons, Mark McGwire, Trot Nixon, Andy Pettitte, Mark Prior, Rafael Palmiero, Brian Roberts, John Rocker, Ivan Rodriguez, Sammy Sosa, Gary Sheffield, Miguel Tejada, Jason Varitek and Kerry Wood, among many others.
Pujols is the biggest name there for me.. i thought he might be clean.. holy shat balls

If Mike Stanton was taking steroids could you imagine how bad he'd be without them??

Even more reason to cut bait with this retread!

I wonder if Hep Cronin knew about Dave Justice? I guess it was 'roid rage that made him toss Halle Berry aside.

Amazing stuff.
this is some good reading.. especially when they talk about clemens saying he approached the trainer because he couldnt inject himself.. he needed help to inject his butt.. haha
Virtually all the Marlins? They aren't even good.
