Following his team's road loss at Eastern Michigan, Illinois State's leading scorer, sophomore guard Osiris Eldridge, was hardly in a sporting mood in the post-game press conference. After answering questions about his team's loss, Eldridge decided to summarize matters. "In my opinion we lost to a bad team. We lost to some bums," Eldridge told the stunned press contingent. Eldridge's comments also came with Eastern Michigan head coach Charles Ramsey being present. Ramsey declined comment on Eldridge's comments about his team."

Ramsey did a great thing not responding to such a stupid comment by Eldridge
Ramsey did the right thing - ignorance is bliss. Obviously this player shows lack of class and respect in defeat not only of himself but the school who's shirt he is wearing. Needs to understand about true sportsmanship whether in winning situation or defeat (must have missed that class). Ramsey did the right thing - ignorance is bliss.
