Where did Lance get the news???

Heard this one was done last week. Good pickup for UC. Glad to see they beat all the majors to the punch and he pulled the trigger. Better to get him now before all the big boys offer...Nice work by Kelly & Staff on this one!

A bunch already had just prior to him committing. UC was just there before everyone else. Great job by the staff.

Like this commitment a lot. May need a redshirt year but this kid is going to help UC.

Great Get...Love this on two off the field fronts,,a local player with local interest, and great upside that BK acted on decisively..

I haven't seen him play but it really sounds like this move has a serious upside to it. You put a tall but mobile TE in Kelly's version of the spread and he can do some real damage.

Plus it's always great to get a local kid that the "bigger" programs are just finding out about.

finally some good news, this is a great pick-up...it might take awhile but this kid has some serious potential

Just read some guy on BCN going on about how this guy would never get an offer at osu. Didn't we read last week how well he would fit in as a Buckeye. Expect his stock to go down in Columbus.

This is exciting news and great timing for a lot of reasons.

I have no clue. It says he goes to Teays Valley and to Franklin Heights. But I can't find anything on him, no one under that name at either Rivals or Scouts Inc. I bet this is like the Stan Warrenhuffman situation from earlier this year.

I'm excited about this guy. I haven't seem him play, but from his size, video, and what people are saying he could blossom into a big time player for us in the future. Hopefully he turns into a Celek type player for us.

FWIW: word from one of the Anderson assistants is Nick wants to walk on for basketball next year, too.

EDIT: I didn't know he played basketball. Hell, untill the Anderson v. Kings game I didn't even know he played football.
