22 after the past weekend
you got a list maybe?
BTW, welcome aboard E'Faithful.

I went through your posts and I believe all but two were recruting-related.

That should make a few of our more recruiting hungry posters happy.

On a side note, I've pretty well given up on college recruiting. I just feel that mid-major recruiting is pretty ho-hum stuff.

Probably more luck and hit and miss then signing throughbreds (Verlander, Maybin, Miller, and Porcello in four MLB drafts).

Nothing exciting or dramatic like what the Tigers are doing in MLB.

Developing a top pick like Verlander or drafting and trading top picks like Maybin and Miller for all-stars.

That's big time exciting. 03-cloud9

The closest MAC schools get to signing a throughbred was probably Kool at Western Michigan and Roethlisberger at Miami (many KNEW he was the real deal after his senior year in h.s.) otherwise, it more more trying to find the gem in the rough. Dan Marjerle at Central Michigan for those who go back a few decades. Or the quirky case of Randy Moss who was going to ND then to Florida State and then ended up back home at Marshall - thanks to his smoking that funny weed at FSU.
If we have 22 I'd love to see a list. Must be under the radar because I don't see that scout or rivals is even close to that number. I will say last year recruiting seemed very organized and we had a fairly good handle on who we were signing. It may be possible this year as well. It will be interesting to see.
FYI dead period for FB is Dec 17-Jan 4 and then there's another dead period ie no contact of any kind in Jan during annual coach's convention.
Cowboy, you can Add Hardy ( DB,WR, Athlete)from New HAVEN And Bynum (DB,LB, TE) From Taylor Truman to the list. I'm like you, I count 10-11 commits to date. I'm sure there were a number of visitations this past weekend that verbaled and are being counted in the 22 number.
