UCONN is getting hammered by WVU. While to a certain degree it is closer than it looks, UC did a better job of preventing the big plays of the WVU offense and the UC offense was a heck of a lot better than UCONN's although that is no surprise.
I wanted this to be a good game but now I'm glad it ended up being a blowout, it let me see the final 3 OT's in the UT v UK game. Wild finish, still can't figure out why Woodson was going at a slow trot as he crossed the line, deserved to get stripped from behind for that.
This thread is not off topic. It's more on topic than many of the threads on here.
If UC takes care of business tonight they should be the clear front runner for the best bowl the Big East has to offer after WVU goes to their BCS bowl. There is little doubt that UC is much better than Connecticut.
Yeah, damn those hiccups against UL and Pitt.

I'm sure UConn fans are going to complain about WVU running up the score, but with everything going on in the rankings this year WVU had to go out and make a statement against them. Wouldn't blame them if they did the same thing next week against Pitt. Take no chances from here on out.
I'm in a strange postition actually rooting for WVU. I hope they can win out and represent the BEAST in the national title game well.
I agree but it would be nice to see WVU in the National Championship game.
