Other then if Coach retires, or if Turner Gill get's the Nebraska job, there really aren't any MAC programs who will turn over football coaches this year. Teams who were bad last year have stepped up, and there really isn't a coach who will be on a short list to get promoted like Kelly was last year.

NIU is a 50-50 proposition
Buffalo is a 25% chance of needing a coach.

all the rest are probably a less then 10% chance

Discuss.
You would think Turner needs on his resume more than one .500 season at Buffalo to be a proven commodity for a program like Nebraska or other BCS elite programs.

No question, he may go in as a coach for the new head coach. Probably a good raise and next step on his resume.
the chances of us having a new coach are 50/50? i'm thinking 99%
I'm starting to think that Novak may stick around after this season. On the postgame interview with Novak on the radio they were saying how there should be 50,000 fans at the game next weekend vs. BSU to congratulate Novak and give him a proper farewell and Novak said that would be a premature gesture.
this will be an interesting week....i would think that if an annoucement was forthcoming, it would come this week (or immediately after the game...Monday ala Lloyd Carr) I think Epa is right....i dont think he is going out yet.

Im not sure how i feel about that, but that is my hunch.
