Don't forget about ND. The stars aligned a pulled a trifecta today.
The look on OSU fans' faces towards the end of that game....priceless.

I enjoyed that as well.
Having grown up in Columbus, I'm sure the entire area was a ghost town last night since everyone was devastated with the Sucks loss. I particularly liked all the shots of the d-bags who had the tosu football helmet skull caps on...man, did they look like a bunch of bozos! The Sucks sure know how to lose with class as well....hit the QB as he's going down to take a knee and then start a fight after they lose. Classless, just like the majority of their fans.
Hopefully, Tuesday nights broadcast will be more about the BSU / UT game than the UM / Sucks game...last year was a freaking infomercial for the "big game."

A number of the Illini that beat the Buckeyes were Rocket recruits including Joe Morgan and the Juice.BTW,the Rocket have a QB that imo is a more dangerous runner than the Juice.Might want to keep that in mind for '09.

I know this is kind of off topic, but some stats I found interesting...
Last year the Rockets beat Kansas in the the GB. This year the Jayhawks are 10-0, ranked #5 (will probably move up), ranked #2 in the nation in both scoring offense and scoring defense.
What a difference a year can make.

Shows the caliber of our opponents. I'm impressed by Kansas. We are slowly getting better and better game atmospheres and it starts with bringing in high-class opponents. I can only see more of this and it makes any of the victories against the big boys sweeter.

Thanks for spinning this to the Rockets.
I don't think anybody should dismiss Cadet's potential. I hope he has a lethal arm on top of quick feet.
I just want the QB competition to be wide open next season and no one locked in as guaranteed starter. Not certain that position has been earned yet. Although I respect what Opelt can do and orchestrating a win at BSU will be big.
But I don't want to diminish Parmele's contribution and his play is opening it up for who ever is throwing the ball. And good O-line protection as well. Every QB could have success right now I think.
Next season is a bigger test when the QB may bare more responsibility.

Cadet would be a hell of a "slash" type player IMO.
