I cant defend the coaching anymore...im literally sick to my stomach. This team is playing scared, and that is just a recipe for disaster.

Dont associate me with other people saying Novak is a moron, a win is a win but how are we going to pull out games when we really need them. How many times are we going to get three defensive/special teams TD's. The coaching staff is scared of the team, its hard to have hope after watching this game. Going into this I thought Id be happy pulling out a win vs Idaho on the road, but the way this game transpired feels like a loss to me.

Did not see the game but listened to in on radio. Who is the moron we had back on kickoffs?

running over and over and over with an exhausted (an understandably so) J. Anderson + prevent defense for the last 4:00 of the game = Idaho comeback. todays comeback definitly wasn't on the players but on the play callling. what happened to Spann in the 4th quarter? they had Crider running.....

They got WAY too much hype. I thought it was unwarranted and unfortunately, they're proving me right. The defense had some good games last year, especially against CMU and they kept NIU in the game against WMU. But they also had some real bad games too. They have a lot of young talent on D, but I think it's going to be another year before they can come around as a "good" unit.

Rusch, Schroeder, Holycross, Antonacci, McCarthy. Tonight, Bice. Dan Keller had to be moved from OG, and we played Jackson (RS Fr), Pirkle (True Fr), Hopkins (True Fr) tonight, and Brown didn't practice all preseason camp.

take a look at the 2-deeps...this is a different D than the first game...
